What the booking form does
When you enter a preferred date, service, name, phone number, postcode or notes, the website prepares a booking request in your browser. It does not send that information to a Felurian server.
On the next step, you can choose to send the prepared request through WhatsApp or your email app. Nothing is sent until you make that choice. WhatsApp and your email provider then handle the message under their own privacy terms.
Recent requests on this device
Up to six recent requests are stored in your browser's local storage so you can recognise what you previously prepared. This information stays on that device. You can remove it by clearing site data for felurian.co.uk in your browser.
Messages you send
Booking enquiries are handled through Mavie. We use the information you send to reply, assess coverage, prepare a quote and arrange a visit. We do not sell it. We keep only what is reasonably needed for the enquiry, service, records we must retain and any follow-up you request.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font service.
